With Barrett being "gone" for the summer to work, we look forward to every chance we get to see him. He had the 4th off so we decided to spend it with him in DC! We had a great time. The highlights: a picnic with the Coltons who are so generously housing and feeding Barrett for the summer, a ride for the girls in their red convertible Mercedes, and fireworks at the nation's capital! We went to Barrett's office building up to the observation deck and it was a perfect view. The firm very generously provided a tasty buffet and I, of course, indulged!

I LOVE ANNA'S HAIR here, its so cute! Kate is adorable ofcourse...but I really like Anna's! I was wondering if that convertable was Barretts new car I've been hearing about!
I was just thinking the same thing about Barretts new car. The girls are so cute we can't wait to see everyone again after the summer. Oh and thank you for helping me get a great name on Afton's blog!
I was wondering if you are ever going to include a picture of you or barrett on your blog...or will we always have to refer to Afton's blog to remember what you look like?
