Anna made a list of things to do over the break, which included favorites such as "hot chocolate" and "wrastle." Number five on that list was "museum." We love the local museum. We are season pass holders and have been there at least twenty times. Here are some pics from visit twenty-one.

The girls' favorite is the shark tank and the resident turtle
with his missing fin (eaten by the shark according to the girls).

The "two-headed turtle." Upon seeing this pic, Kate suggested
it would have been better that Anna stay home so the
turtle would've only had one head.

Where's "Birginia?"

Dad's favorite: the bee hive.

Kate watching the bees.

Anna inspecting the baby cottonmouths.

Kate's brave. Anna...not so much. That's the
underside of a horseshoe crab.

Can you find the flounder?

Anna.....

....and her list.

That looks like so much fun. And a great family activity. How old is she? Her list is so cute.

This is one of my favorite posts ever.
How fun! Those two girls look like they are the bestest of friends!
I cannot wait until Dylan is old enough to write. Wait...aren't he and Anna about the same age? Dude, how does she already know how to write??? She's only six months older than Dylan, and they are both in their second year of preschool, right? Holy smokes! I need to do some home-tutoring!!
Jill is at that same age of list-writing! She wrote my grocery list the other day as I dictated and it cracked me up that she put "cat" and "dog" at the top. I said, "What are these for?" She said, "I thought we might swing by the pet store while we were out." What a sneaky kid! :) 5 is such a fun age! :)
I love you guys, your blog makes me smile, and procrastinate homework....anyway! Can't wait to come home in...two months? oh dear!
